Can’t Weight for New Year’s is beginning to wind down. We are beginning the third and final section of the program. Your new goals are focused on:
- Push ups and Crunches: Do 10 push ups and 25 crunches every day. Can’t do a normal push up? That’s okay. You can do push ups with bent knees or against the wall.
- Eat a healthy breakfast: Fill up on a low-fat, high fiber breakfast. This can help you eat less throughout the day and give you added energy.
- Limit your tv viewing time: By decreasing TV viewing you can have more time to be active, spend time with your family, and avoid eating in front of the TV.
Please share with us your struggles and successes! Do you have any tips for others on achieving these goals?
Don’t forget to turn in your completed progress card and pick up a new one!

Please share any strategies you have for fitting exercise into your daily routine, eating at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, or finding time for yourself. You may also share any struggles that you have with these goals. We’d love to hear how you are doing!
